Whether you’re experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety during pregnancy, or in the weeks and months following birth,  simply talking to other moms with similar feelings and experiences can be healing in itself.

Online Peer Support

The One Mother to Another Facebook group is a closed group which means that only members can view and participate in the conversations happening there. It’s intended to be a safe, comfortable spot to share information and experiences without fear of judgement.

  1. Thank you for sharing such raw and honest accounts of EVERYTHING that motherhood is. There’s never any public discussion or small talk about the darkness of being a mom to a new infant(s). I remember a physical and mental breakdown I had shortly after my daughter was born. It’s such a paralyzingly and desperate state of mind. I can’t tell you how comforting it is to read that other mothers experience the same darkness, and how it shouldn’t be a shameful experience. Thank you thank you thank you!
